No lacquer, polish, chemical treatment or artificial coating is used at any stage. Fill the glass with water and leave it overnight or for an hour in the morning: the water turns a natural orange-brown. That colour change is the wood infusing, and it's your own check on authenticity.

At 7.5cm wide and 15cm tall, this holds more water than the standard tumblers sold online. More wood surface in contact with the water means a stronger infusion, and a thicker turning means the glass lasts through more cycles before it needs replacing.

How to use it

Fill with clean drinking water each morning
Let it stand for 1 hour (or overnight for a deeper infusion)
Drink on an empty stomach
Use daily for 30 days, then rest the glass for 7–10 days before starting the next cycle
